Subsidiary Knoop Baggerwerken BV specialises in contracting for and executing specialised dredging operations in nature reserves with poor load-bearing soil. The amphibious excavator developed and built in-house for this field of work was first commissioned in 2007. In 2009, Knoop Machinery BV started with the production of the amphibious excavator ‘Waterking’. Waterking BV was established in 2010 for the sale of amphibious equipment.
